Frequently Asked Questions

What is a “licensed user” (agent/host) and what is a “participant”?

A licensed user can create video sessions. A participant is an invitee in a video session created by someone with a license. Participants can join video sessions for free without an account from their phone, tablet or computer browser – no app download required.

Can I rebrand the app theme?

Yes! You can adjust colors and themes to match whatever your brand requires.

Can I use my own Domain?

Yes, you’ll be able to use your own domain (e.g. video. [name].com).
Custom domains are available on our Enterprise Plan.

How many participants can I have on a Video Session?

It depends on the plan: 3 on the Professional Plan & 10 on the Enterprise Plan. If you have call recording enabled, it’s limited to 4 participants. If you need to add more participants, please contact our sales team for a customized configuration.

When do the Sessions expire?

All sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you would like to schedule a call in advance for a specific period of time, you can use the call scheduling feature available on our Enterprise Plan.

Do you offer support?

Yes, we are obsessed with providing you with a great user experience with both the platform and customer service after your purchase. You will find active support in the platform via Email and our Knowledge Base. Our support will be around the clock to make sure we respond to you as quickly as humanly possible.

Can I upgrade/downgrade at any time?

Yes! Upgrades will happen immediately, while downgrades will occur automatically at the end of the current billing cycle.

How does the subscription service work? Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, Blitzz is a subscription-based service, which means that your plan renews every month or year (depending on the term you choose). You can cancel your subscription at any time during your plan term to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.

What are the usage limits and pricing associated with overage for both recorded and non-recorded calls?

Blitzz Concierge is broken down into editions, which bundle some of our most popular features together into easy-to-consume packages. This helps each organization identify the appropriate level of capabilities, and cost, for its needs. Today we offer you the ​Professional and the Enterprise Editions. The edition you choose determines which features will be included in your Blitzz Domain. A Blitzz Domain represents a customer’s specific Blitzz URL and all of its corresponding data. Each Domain can be customized separately. There can only be one edition in any one Domain at any moment in time.

The features in each edition are summarized in the above table. 

A Host/Agent is an authorized registered user with a login account. Administrators, supervisors, data analysts are registered hosts who need to login to Blitzz to access the Blitzz platform. A ​Guest​ is anyone who is not a registered paid user on Blitzz Concierge. A Guest can only receive and not originate a Blitzz call.

  • Minimum cost per agent with video recording based on a 1-year prepayment = $1,320 per agent per year for a maximum of 12,000 minutes of recording per year, and 12,000 call minutes ($110.00 per month x 12 for 1,000 minutes recorded video minutes per agent per month x12). Each recording minute counts as a call minute as well, since video recording can only be performed during a video call. For e.g. if you have consumed 12,800 minutes of recording, you will be billed for an additional 1000 minutes or $50.
  • Additional call minutes will be charged at $35 per block of 1,000 call minutes.
  • Additional recording minutes will be charged at $50 per block of 1,000 recording minutes.
  • The overage in call and recording minutes will be invoiced on a monthly basis once the limits have been reached. 

Monthly minutes do not roll over from month to month. Annual minutes can be used at any time over the course of the subscription term.
NOTE: Please note that we do not bill on a cost-per-minute model, but follow the table above.
